Alternative dispute resolution

We are neither obliged nor willing to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board. For disputes arising from online transactions, consumers may turn to the Austrian Internet Ombudsstelle free of charge: ombudsstelle.at.

The European Commission's online dispute resolution platform was discontinued on 20 July 2025 (Regulation (EU) 2024/3228); a reference to it is no longer required.
