In short: the Packster app keeps everything on your device. It has no accounts, no cloud and no analytics — it cannot send your data anywhere. This website sets no cookies, loads nothing from third parties and measures nothing.
This policy covers both: the Packster app and this website. They are described separately, because different things happen in each.

Packster stores all content locally on your device and nowhere else. There is no server of ours, no account, no sign-in and no syncing through a cloud. This covers:
If you use iCloud Backup or a backup to your computer, this data is part of that device backup. That is your own backup with Apple or on your computer — we have no access to it.
The app opens your photos or the camera only when you pick or take a picture. The picture stays on the device and is not transmitted anywhere.
Packster can remind you about a packing list. Your device creates these notifications itself; there are no push messages from a server. You can switch them off in your device settings at any time.
If you use the watch app, iPhone and Apple Watch exchange the lists between themselves. Apple's built-in mechanism for paired devices handles that directly between the two — no server is involved. The data then also sits on the watch.
Packster offers in-app purchases. Apple handles them entirely through your Apple Account. We receive neither your payment details nor your name or address — only the device telling us whether an entitlement exists. Apple's privacy policy applies to the purchase itself.
The app contains no analytics, crash-reporting or advertising components and reads no advertising identifier. The privacy report the app files with Apple accordingly lists no collected data type and explicitly denies tracking.
Delete the app from your device and all local data is gone. No request to us is needed for that, nor is one possible — we never had this data.
These pages set no cookies, use no analytics or tracking tools and load no content from outside servers — no fonts, no third-party scripts, no embedded videos. There is no contact form. You are welcome to email us; what you tell us stays with us and is used only to answer you.
The pages are hosted with Amazon Web Services (Amazon S3 and Amazon CloudFront) on servers in Frankfurt am Main, Germany. As with any request on the internet, the service processes technically necessary connection data:
Without that processing a page cannot be delivered. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in secure and reliable operation (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Amazon Web Services acts as our processor; an agreement to that effect is in place. We do not evaluate this data and do not combine it with anything else.
On your first visit a notice appears at the bottom of the page. Your choice is stored in your browser's local storage so that the notice does not return on every visit. That single entry never leaves your device and says nothing about you. No analytics or advertising storage requiring consent takes place on these pages.

An email to info@bizgames.cloud is enough. Please bear in mind: we have no access to the contents in the app, so we can neither hand them over nor delete them. They sit on your device alone.
